What’s included in the pay-as-you-go subscription?
Your subscription includes 13 freshly baked cookies each month, featuring a rotating selection of seasonal favorites. The subscription price also includes shipping, so there are no extra fees!
When will I be charged for my subscription?
You will be charged at the time of your initial order for the first month. After that, your payment method will be charged on the first day of each subsequent month. You will not be charged in January, as no cookies are sent that month.
Can I skip or pause a month, or update my information?
Yes! You can easily skip a month, update your shipping address, or change the credit card on file through your online account. Be sure to make changes at least two weeks before your next order is processed.
How can I manage my order if I received the subscription as a gift?
Receiving a subscription as gift and need to update your address or skip an upcoming order? Contact Tiffany for assistance.
When are my cookies shipped?
Your cookies are shipped on the first Monday of each month via USPS Priority Mail, with delivery typically within 3–5 days. If the first Monday falls on a holiday, your cookies will be shipped on the next available shipping day.
How long does my subscription last?
Your subscription expires 8 months from the initial order date, even if you skip months.
Are there refunds if I cancel early?
No, all sales are final, and no refunds are provided for early cancellation of subscriptions.
When does my subscription start when I place an order?
If you place your order by the Friday before the first Monday of the month, your cookies will ship that Monday. If your order is placed after Friday, your subscription will begin on the first Monday of the following month.
Why is there no shipping in January?
We take a break from shipping in January as the business is temporarily shut down. You will not be charged for January as part of the subscription.
How do I gift subscriptions to multiple people?
We love bulk gifting! On our website, you can send one subscription per transaction. To make life easier, if you're ordering more than three gifts, just drop us a line and we’ll handle it for you.
Can I change the subscription recipient each month?
No, each subscription is tied to a single recipient for the entire subscription period. However, if the recipient moves, you can update the shipping address in your account. If you'd like to send cookies to multiple recipients, please place separate orders.
What if my USPS address is different from UPS or FedEx?
Please make sure the shipping address you provide is correct for USPS delivery, as we use USPS Priority Mail for all shipments.
